Tags are how other users will find your posts. Without tags it will just be your following that sees them. With descriptive tags users can search up your specific tags until they find your post whether that's a project, question, product, service, or course.
Example: I'm located in Utah and want to find a drywall installer. On my project post tags I would put: #Utah #Provo #Drywall #Drywall Install #October #Bathroom #ASAP
This way they know when, where, who, and what is needed.
The search bar is very important to the functionality of the platform. In the search bar you can search key words that will bring up accounts or item names. If looking for a certain post of an account you can search that account name and then go over to the post tab. The tag search feature is used for posts. If you want to use this feature, clear out the main search and start searching for tags. You can add as many tags to your search to see if there is related content.
Business Accounts have the option to create products that they can post about or have them displayed on their account. You can upload your photos and description of the product. You can put your price that you want to sell it for and you can put a discounted price if wanted. Users will then be able to purchase your products and there orders will populate. You will be able to ship them out and keep your customers updated.
Business Accounts that are in the service industry can create and offer services to all users on the platform. These can be posted and will be listed on your account. You will be able to add photos, a description, and the cost of your services. User can purchase and then schedule a service. You will be able to keep track and update your customers after purchase.
Business Accounts have the ability to upload and create courses. These courses will be uploaded to your account and can be posted. Within the course you can upload documents and videos. You can also create quizzes for your modules. Users will be able to purchase and gain access to your courses.
All users have the ability to message each other. If you don't follow a particular user but want to send a message it will be sent as an inquiry. You have the ability to create group chats and communicate with businesses, friends, and family. If you are doing a big project and several businesses are working together, use it as a tool to connect everyone and keep your business discussions on the platform. This way you don't need to share phone numbers. In messages you can upload documents and images as well.
All users have the ability to edit and add to their profile. You have the ability to save certain products, courses, services, and or projects to your main profile page to display them as featured items. You can put your contact info as well as tags and preferences so other users can know what you are interested in. Businesses have the option to put the hours they are open and their address. The reviews for a business will also show on the main profile page.
Personal Accounts have the option to post a question or a project they have created. This is how businesses will see them (because of the tags) and how they will get things done. Businesses can post those as well but also have the ability to post about their products, courses, and services. Businesses also have the added capability to post entertaining content to show off what their business is about and also educational content about their business or industry.
Shipping is a new feature added to the platform that give businesses the ability to add shipping costs to products, print postage, and give customers updates on their order. This makes it so you can always know the status of all your products while being shipped. This also makes it easy for businesses to get products ready and shipped out faster.
Business Accounts will have the ability to send quotes and invoices to accounts they follow or those that are following them. You no longer need to use another system to send invoices and collect payments. Bizitory allows you to keep track of all of this for your business. Users that receive a quote or invoice have the ability to accept it and then pay.
All accounts have the ability to follow and be followed. You will be able to grow your business community and see what other users are doing and they will be able to see what you are doing and help you out. The more users that you follow the more you will see. The more users that follow you the more they will see of your stuff.
Business accounts will have the ability within the service feature to set up certain times that other users can set up appointments. This makes it so businesses don't have to manually set up appointments and so users don't have to go through the hassle of calling or messaging to get an appointment. It makes it quick and easy for both users and makes life easier.
